They are pretty "swapable" from different bikes with minor modifications (as Kiwi said) if any. Just make sure you get male end pegs (there are some female pegs out there and they cerainly wouldn't work. Most pegs come with a spring/shim type device, and you'll need to experiment with it a bit to get the best fit.
